HG”ISO9001 Quality Management System” training

On June 23, 2022, I was honored to invite Mr. Huang Ping from Zhengding Intellectual Property Company to come to HG Group for a two-day ISO9001 quality management system training. The heads and relevant personnel of administration, production, equipment, facilities, sales, procurement, quality, and financial departments participated in the system training.

First part
Interpretation of theoretical knowledge
In the first part of the training meeting, Mr. Huang introduced the basic theoretical content of the ISO9001 quality management system. Take us to interpret the background and system development process of the relevant professional terms of the system. It strengthens the theoretical understanding of employees and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the actual writing system later.

Second part
Joint operation construction system
In the second part of the training meeting, Mr. Huang pointed out that the enterprise quality management system and PACD theory (Deming Ring) are inseparable. Requirements for the planning, implementation, monitoring, correction and improvement activities of the entire process from determining customer needs, design and development, production, inspection, sales, and delivery. At the same time, according to the company’s own management situation, the corresponding quality management system document classification and numbering regulations are carried out to facilitate the use and preservation of documents.
